Cancellation policy

1) One-Time Purchases
For standard one-time purchases, you may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for further options.
2) Subscriptions
If you have chosen a subscription or recurring delivery option, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at info@revocelo.com.
Important Information:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
If cancellation occurs after your payment has been processed, the shipment for that cycle will proceed as scheduled, and cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time.
Managing Your Subscription
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there. See our Refund Policy for more details on returns and refunds.
3) Minimum Commitments
Unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer, subscriptions are flexible and carry no minimum commitment period. You may cancel at any time in accordance with Section 2 above.
4) Refunds & Returns
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for products already shipped. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility.
